From One Comet to a Thousand Stars: Patrycja’s 25-Year Journey ✨

For Patrycja Mikołajczyk, the night sky has always been more than just stars. Her earliest memory dates back to 1997, when her parents pointed out the brilliant Comet Hale-Bopp (C/1995 O1) shining above their home. That magical night planted a seed — the stars became a lifelong companion.
Years later, Patrycja pursued astrophotography through landscapes of the Milky Way, but the deep-sky objects she dreamed of capturing always felt out of reach. Professional equipment was simply too expensive. That dream seemed destined to remain just a dream.
Then, at the end of 2023, everything changed. She discovered the Seestar telescope — an affordable gateway to the universe that could reveal galaxies, nebulae, the Moon, and even the Sun. She hesitated for just one day before deciding to buy it. Looking back now, she calls it “the best decision of my life.”
With Seestar in hand, Patrycja’s journey took an unexpected turn. She founded Seestar Polska, the very first Polish community for Seestar users. What began as a one-woman effort has grown into a thriving group of nearly 1,000 passionate members. Together, they share astrophotography results, support each other technically, and even host meetups and events.

More than just a group, Seestar Polska has become a family — full of kind, generous people united by their love of the cosmos. For Patrycja, the telescope did more than unlock the skies. It built connections, friendships, and a new source of joy that she carries every day.
🌌 Sometimes, one decision can change your universe. For Patrycja, Seestar was that decision.
